September Movie Review

Friday, October 16, 2020

Happy Fri-YAY!! Well it will be no shock to anyone, but we have another busy weekend coming up!! I'm leaving for Mississippi today, and Anna has a two-day tournament!! BUT GUYS!!!! Next week we are (hopefully) closing on Marin!! Eek!!! We are SOOO excited!! Also-It's my mom's birthday!!

Happy 38th birthday Momma!! Thank you for all that you do for us!! I don't know where I will be without you!! Thank you for always being so very patient with us, and supporting us in everything we do!! You are always putting others above yourself, and I aspire to be like you each and every day!!

Now onto today's post!! I am doing my September Movie Review!! For some reason we only watched 2 movies this month, and only finished one!! I guess we got busy!!

1. Meet The Parents

I really liked this movie!! It was really funny!! The only thing that got me with this movie was how mean they were to Greg!! I get it - that's what makes this movie so funny, but I just felt so bad for him!! It also wasn't very realistic, but once again, that's what makes it very funny. Overall, a very funny movie that I enjoyed!!

2. Casino Royale

I liked this movie, but like I have mentioned before, I am not the biggest fan of action. I appreciate action, and all the work that was put into making action movies, but they just kinda bore me. I know that doesn't really make sense, as it is an action movie, but I just prefer movies that keep me on the edge of my seat, and not ones that involve a lot of fighting. It's hard to explain my movie taste 😂 I did like this movie, it just wasn't my favorite. We also never finished this movie. I'm not sure why, but we stopped about halfway through, and never finished it out!! So maybe I would've liked it more if we finished it!!

That covers September's movies!! I hope you enjoyed this, and I will see you on Monday for a weekly wrap-up!! XO Ella.

  1. Those are both oldies but goodies. I like SOME action movies but I do prefer when there is some comedy or maybe a playful romance involved and not just all action. My favorite James Bond movies are the ones with Pierce Brosnan.

    1. While they are not my favorite, I also enjoy comedy/action movies as well. For example, I enjoy the Marvel movies!! Really serious, action-packed movies are not my thing!!
