Weekly Wrap-Up #13

Monday, January 18, 2021

Happy Monday!! Y'all know the drill...It's weekly wrap-up time!! As always, I'm linking up with Heather for Hello Monday!!

Before I begin, I just wanted to take a moment to honor the courageous man the we celebrate today!! Dr. Martin Luther King did so much for our country and his legacy is still holding strong today!!

Okay, let’s get into it!!

S U N D A Y:

Sunday was a chill at home day. We got off quarantine, but we still had nothing to do!! πŸ˜‚ I went for a walk with Henry and caught up on blog work.

I caught this gem of Henry laying in his bed!! Is it just us, or does your dog never actually lay in their bed? Henry never does!!

M O N D A Y:

Last week I took a break from waking up early so that I could "recover" from Christmas week, but this week, it was time to get back on the grind!! I woke up at my normal time and did a 15-minute dance workout!!

I then treated myself to a few minutes of reading on the couch while everyone was still asleep!!

I got ready for the day and Huddy did too!! He was so excited for the Alabama game that he came downstairs at 8 fully dressed and showered!!

I ate breakfast and got to work!!

This week, Anna and I started a challenge of who would be able to drink 64 ounces of water every single day of the week!! We really enjoyed the challenge as it got us to drink more water!! We'll be doing it again this upcoming week!!

I did not have a lot of work on Monday, so I was finished before 12!! Woohoo!! I ate lunch, and then headed out to petsit!!

It was very rainy and cold, so we only got in a short walk, but it was a walk nonetheless!!

Then we headed out to go shopping!! We stopped by Target, Hobby Lobby, Home Depot, and...

Starbucks!! I am not a coffee drinker, so I settled for a vanilla bean frappuccino with chocolate sauce!!

Once we got home, I sat and read for about an hour!! Ollie joined me, and he was so sleepy!!

We ate dinner, and then settled down to watch the game!! Roll tide roll!!

My mom made our favorite chocolate chip cheese ball, and it was delicious!! I'll be sharing this recipe some time soon!!

I watched the game for a little bit, but then headed to bed!! The score was 45-24, so I was feeling pretty confidentπŸ˜‚

T U E S D A Y:

Tuesday started out not on the best note because I slept through my alarm. Good thing that I woke up by 6:45, so I didn't have to rush. Anna made these peanut butter, oats, and chocolate chip power balls and they're delicious!!

My morning turned around when I passed a test!!

I headed downstairs for a little bit and noticed Henry with his blanket!! πŸ˜‚ Henry loves to carry this little blanket around in his mouth!!

After my break, I headed upstairs to get some work done, and then did another dance workout!!

Sweet Ollie!!

Then I headed out to petsit again!! How cute is Cricket?!

On my walk, I saw these deer fighting!! How crazy is that?

I headed home and did some reading and then...

Came downstairs for dinner!! Look at Ollie all wrapped up in his blanket!! πŸ˜‚

Then I headed out for babysitting!!

W E D N E S D A Y:

Wednesday started out bright and early with another dance workout!! They're so much fun!!

After my workout, I enjoyed a few minutes of reading before getting into school for the day!!

I did not have a ton of school this week, so I finished pretty early almost every day!! On Wednesday, I was able to take a test and I passed!!

I spent most of the day facetiming with Abby!!

I took a walk Wednesday evening, and it was so pretty!!

I spent the rest of the night reading and...

Hanging out with the dogs!!

T H U R S D A Y:

Another day, another dance workout!!

I got all my school done pretty fast on Thursday, and then I had an orthodontist appointment!!

I absolutely HATE going to the orthodontist, but this time I didn't have to get my wires changed so it wasn't too bad!! We also set a date for getting my braces removed so that was super exciting!!

I spent the rest of the evening reading!!

My reading partner!!

Huddy and Anna both had workouts on Thursday, so excuse Huddy's hair, but we had pancakes for dinner!!

Then it was night-night time!!

F R I D A Y:

On Friday morning I actually didn't do a dance workout!! I did a quick ab workout, and then a 10 minute HIIT workout!!

I got ready for the day and started on my schoolwork!!

I got my schoolwork done super fast so I spent the rest of the day hanging with Ollie and Huddy!!

Huddy loves his costumes!!

And Ollie!!

Then I helped Huddy with some of his school for the day!!

I grabbed some lunch and took a test (I passed!!) and then I was done for the day!!

The rest of the day I spent reading and watching Karate Kid with Huddy!!

Then I ended off my night with babysitting!!

Well, friends, that was my week!! Thank you so much for reading and I will see you back here tomorrow for Tuesday Talk!!

XO, Ella

  5. That cookie dip sounds delicious! Yay for making an appointment to get your braces taken off-- that is so exciting. My son requested Rolos (or anything with caramel really) the minute his braces were taken off.
